Policies and Procedures

Check In/Check Out

Check-In is from 3pm through 8pm. We may be able to accommodate early check in if room is available. We do not offer late check-in; all guests must arrive by 8pm.  We ask that you call us 30-45 minutes prior to arrival to let us know when we can expect you. Check out is by 11am to allow Housekeeper to prepare room for next guest.

Cancellation

Cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival will be responsible for full room rate charges for stay plus taxes unless room is rebooked as same or higher rate. Cancellation 14 to 7 days prior to arrival may be subject to one night’s room charge plus taxes.

Parking

The Carrier Houses B&B offer complimentary parking behind the B&B in parking lots owned by PNC Bank. They allow our guests to park in their lots without worry of being towed.

Pet Policy

We are a Pet-Friendly Bed and Breakfast and offer (2) of our rooms for pets; the Norris and Asbury Rooms, one pet per room. There is a one-time fee of $25.  Pets may not be left in the room during the day and must not bark during your stay as not to offend other guests. Pets are not permitted on the bed or furniture. There are areas around the B&B for you to walk your pet and we ask that you pick up after your pet.

Smoking

The Carrier Houses Bed & Breakfast is smoke free, including vaping. There is no smoking allowed in guest rooms, public spaces and porches. There are smoking areas outside available. We’ll be glad to show you where smoking is permitted.

Breakfast

Breakfast is included with your room rate and served between 8am-9am in the Main Dining Room. Consideration for dietary requirements are accommodated; please let us know in advance so we may prepare for your breakfast.

Visitors.

Only registered guests and pre-authorized visitors are allowed on the Bed & Breakfast property.
